Eligible Returns

• Be in the same condition received
• Include original packaging and tags where possible

Pre-Loved Items

Our pre-loved items are individually sourced and inspected before listing.

Any notable flaws or signs of wear will be clearly described on the product page.

Returns for undisclosed faults will be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items (where stated)

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
