FK Skate Co. currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, launches, holidays or unexpected delays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Delivery estimates
UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the postal or courier service used.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an item has been handed over to the delivery provider, delays caused by the postal service or courier are outside our direct control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free UK shipping promotions from time to time, including free UK shipping over a stated order value where available.
Pre-loved items
Most pre-loved items are one-off pieces. Once sold, they may not be restocked.
Please check the product description, photos, size, condition notes and measurements before ordering.
FK Originals / made-to-order items
Some FK Originals items may be made-to-order or fulfilled by a print/production partner. These items may have different dispatch times from pre-loved stock.
Where an item is made-to-order, production time may be required before dispatch. Any relevant fulfilment information will be shown on the product page where possible.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may need to charge postage again to resend it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us by email and we will look into it.
