This website is operated by FK Skate Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FK Skate Co.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our products
FK Skate Co. sells a mixture of pre-loved skatewear, vintage-inspired clothing, skate-related apparel, accessories and FK Originals products.
Pre-loved items are usually one-off pieces and may show signs of previous wear. We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately.
FK Originals items may include own-brand, made-to-order or print-on-demand products. These may be fulfilled separately from pre-loved stock.
Product information
We aim to make product descriptions, photos, prices, sizes and availability as accurate as possible.
However, small differences may occur, especially with pre-loved items, screen colours, measurements and garment fit.
Measurements are approximate and should be used as a guide.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in GBP.
We reserve the right to change prices, update products, remove products or correct errors at any time.
Because many pre-loved items are one-off pieces, placing an item in your basket does not reserve it until checkout has been completed.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment issue, or another valid reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, postal delays, busy periods or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Please contact us before sending any item back. A return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Use of this website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
You must not attempt to misuse the website, copy content without permission, upload malicious code, or use the site in a way that causes harm to FK Skate Co. or other users.
Intellectual property
All branding, logos, designs, images, copy and content created by FK Skate Co. remain the property of FK Skate Co. unless otherwise stated.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We may also use third-party services for payments, shipping, fulfilment, analytics and marketing.
